School Cash Online: Teacher Access from a District Perspective Shauna Cornwell & Bowling Green Staff The School Cash Online - Teacher Access module enables teachers to efficiently manage the setup and operations of school store (online catalog) activities and student payments. Teachers can create and manage items for sale in the School Cash Online store. Additionally, teachers can view which students have paid for fees, field trips, and other activities; track outstanding balances; and generate reports for easy reconciliation with the school bookkeeper. Overall, it provides a secure, real-time view of student payments while giving teachers control over classroom-related transactions, reduce manual cash handling, and create a more efficient batch processing system for school bookkeepers.
Vendor Cleanup & TIN Match Shaunna Cornwell This training session provides school district staff with practical tools and best practices for maintaining clean and accurate vendor records in Enterprise ERP (formerly Munis). Participants will learn how to use TIN matching to verify W-9 information, identify potential duplicate vendors, and safely perform vendor merges to consolidate duplicate records.
