Strategic Sponsor — $25,000

KASBO’s highest sponsorship level. Benefits cover a 12-month period, July 1 through June 30. Where multiple Strategic Sponsors participate, preference is based on length of Strategic sponsorship.

Engagement & Conference Participation

  • Annual KASBO membership, with directory and online resource access.
  • Sponsor a training program, such as an Academy or regional finance training, or support a conference luncheon or keynote, with attendee interaction.
  • Dedicated presentation time during the sponsored program and/or 5–10 minutes at a conference general session or luncheon.
  • Prime double exhibit space at Fall and Spring Conferences.
  • Up to 10 complimentary representative registrations, including conference lunch and evening activity at both conferences.
  • Four tables for participation in the Fall Speed Networking Blitz.
  • Five reserved Spring Conference lunch tables, generally seating eight each; decorations, materials, and gift bags are permitted.
  • A complimentary Spring vendor presentation session and exhibitor game-card inclusion.
  • Opportunity for a representative to facilitate a session at either conference.
  • Opportunity to present a student scholarship at the Spring Awards Luncheon, with an on-stage recipient photo.
  • The longest-serving Strategic Sponsor sponsors the OSBO Award.

  • A sponsor-produced promotional video hosted on KASBO’s website.
  • Two promotional emails annually to Kentucky finance officers using sponsor-provided content and a video link.
